This scene introduces Deckard. He’s a BladeRunner. He’s under arrest.
It’s funny to paint movie still, this one was tricky. Everything was blue or grey, even though it looks like there are bits of reds.
Not done, but it’s close enough.
It’s not finished, but I’d like to post what I have so far :D
You can watch part of the broadcast [here] Be warned, it blacks out a lot! I messed up with the quality settings and this happened. I couldn’t even watch two minutes of it myself, I doubt anyone would XD
